  Terrible Service. We have had renters insurance with State Farm (Bob Piatek) for a few years now and both times we moved house State Farm double billed us for months even with multiple phone calls to the corporate office and the local office on Grand Island. The first time it happened we let it go and stayed with them. Unfortunately this is now the second time in a row it has happened. Each time you think the issue is resolved (over the phone), you'll receive another bill as they didn't actually complete the work they need to, or a different rate will be billed to you. Very disorganized company, they do no return phone calls, and don't trust their word as it means nothing. I would highly recommend paying a couple $ extra to go with any other company with good service who sort out their customer issues immediately instead of dragging on for months. J.Brooks
